Quality is the basis of all success. This is what I believe in and what we aspire to. Realizing this fact in CAS‐Ibri, my colleagues and I have attempted to infuse the culture of quality assurance in every aspect of the College life. Quality assurance drives us towards performing our work with responsibility, efficiency and transparency. This will ensure the effectiveness of our measures and help us discover strengths and weaknesses and find ways for improvement. So when CASIbri was called upon by the OAC to be ready for institutional Quality Audit in March/ April 2009, I felt it to be a good opportunity for CAS‐Ibri to review its work and put its credentials to the test. I was quite aware that the challenges were many, particularly, the absence of the culture of quality among our community.
